I’m Erin Holmes, and here’s a bit of my story…

I graduated from the University of Calgary’s Kinesiology program and I’m a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Pain-Free Performance Specialist.

Growing up, movement and sport helped define my childhood. I began gymnastics as a toddler, played myriad high school sports, and was a competitive equestrian rider for many years, so being strong and active has always been very important to me. I decided to pursue Kinesiology in 2009 after living overseas, and over the last ten years I’ve worked with people of all ages, from youth hockey teams to older adults looking to improve the quality of their daily life through strength training.

I love working with dedicated, passionate people that aspire to move better, feel their best and get seriously strong as a result. As a lifter myself, I understand people’s personal limitations and encourage them to push beyond what they believe they’re capable of in a safe, pain-free manner. My goal is to educate my clients and provide them with the tools they need to function and perform at their most optimal using sound principles and foundational movements that build functional strength and resiliency for the long term.
